Sales Tax
As we operate warehouses across multiple states in the U.S., sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence. The tax rate will be based on the destination address within those states. Orders shipped outside these states will not incur sales tax.
If your organization is tax-exempt, please reach out to us at (516) 407-2416 for assistance. You will need to provide a valid tax-exempt certificate, which can be faxed to us. Once verified, we will assist you in placing your order over the phone.
For Florida residents, sales or use tax may be applicable when purchasing and receiving tangible goods. If required, the purchaser must file a use tax return in accordance with the Florida Tax Code (F.S. 212).

Order Status
You can track your order progress by logging into My Account and viewing your order history.
- Approved – Your order is being processed and prepared for shipment.
- Shipped/Completed – Your order has been fully shipped.
- Void – Your order has been canceled. If a charge was applied, a refund has been issued and should appear on your next statement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We strive to accommodate cancellation requests as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at (516) 407-2416 as soon as possible.
- If your order was canceled before processing, you will receive a full refund, including shipping.
- If your order has already shipped, a refund will be issued for the merchandise total minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
